Heat Pumps- A Blessing in the Summer and Winter Months!

Did you know that potential home buyers are looking to purchase homes with energy efficiency heat pumps?

This winter we installed a three split heat pump in our home. Having had electric heat all along I was amazed with the savings in our electric bill as well as the comfort from the heat. What I can't get over is how well the heat pump provides cooling during the humid Nova Scotia summers. I have to say, it took me a long time to come on board with getting a heat pump and what I thought would be a long, drawn-out process, took only one full day! I was extremely impressed with the installation company's organization and knowledge.

As Home Stagers, we set the stage for the next person to start their life in their new home. I have heard on a number of occasions that if there are two homes for sale in a neighbourhood, both around the same size and price range, the potential buyers have chosen the home with the heat pump over the home without!

Well worth thinking about it. I'm a big fan for sure!
